In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Enflux for any reason, you have 30 days from the date you received the delivery to request a full refund. You may return any product purchased on through WristAlert website. Please note that we do not refund from Enflux products that were purchased not on the WristAlert website.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
– You followed your training plan as described in the Enflux mobile app and reached your daily goal for at least 4 days.
– A return shipping address must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product(s). To request the shipping address, email
– Any Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
– All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
– Your full name must be included along with your returned product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, unless otherwise instructed by a member of the Enflux customer service team.

  • Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, VAT) are not refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited by the same method in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Customer are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Enflux. Enflux will pay cost for shipping of the replacement merchandise.
  • All products being returned must be returned in original packaging and must not be used. Enflux reserves the right to decline a return request on opened, used merchandise that is not in a condition deemed acceptable.
  • For exchange requests, customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with product return.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid within 5-7 business days of Enflux’s receipt of the product.
